Better healthcare starts with
Health Partners Network.
A health care network made up of practitioners, hospitals and ancillary services for the citizens of Northeast Georgia.
Patients
As a member of one of the largest PPO networks in Georgia, you have a choice which physician and specialist you see. We are selective, which means greater benefits for you today and tomorrow.
Healthcare Providers
Great outcomes happen when your commitment to patients is undiminished, and the full force of a professional marketing effort, like Health Partners, drives the financial health of your practice.
Employers
Health Partners has a radically new approach to healthcare. By putting doctors in charge of treatment decisions and patients ahead of profits, we’re returning medicine to its original purpose.
About Health Partners
Health Partners is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northeast Georgia Health System, in partnership with regional physicians and hospitals. We are a preferred provider organization (PPO) comprised of over 900 physicians, 10 hospitals and 150 ancillary providers covering a 16+ county service area throughout northeast Georgia.
What is a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN)?
A clinically Integrated Network (CIN), is a collection of health care providers such as hospitals, physician groups, and others that collaborate to improve the quality of care and lower costs. A CIN develops, negotiates, enters, and administers contracts with employers, payers, and other parties to deliver health care services to their employees or other covered individuals, and the services are delivered by providers in the CIN.
What is HP2?
HP2 is a physician-led, clinically integrated network made up of hospitals and physicians working together to improve quality of care and have better patient outcomes while decreasing costs for patients, payers, and providers. Through this network, HP2 partners can pursue performance-based contracting with insurance companies at a community level instead of negotiating these types of contracts on their own.
